Central point of contact for incidents escalated from second line until resolution. Troubleshoot BGP ,MPLS, QoS issues, support customer with new solution add-ons and alterations. Including the Wireless Access Points from the existing CISCO Aironet to 1100 Aironet3702s. Performing due diligence on the network, conducting surveys, creating network diagrams, reports and producing documentation. Managing and administering Fortinet and ASA firewalls. Providing support to IOS routers, Distributed and access switches.
